What is your return policy?


We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at
tsukaristore@gmail.com to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?


Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Please note that free shipping applies to all outgoing orders only — return shipping is not covered.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all outgoing orders worldwide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return a sale item?


Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received a sale item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?


Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at tsukaristore@gmail.com with a photo of the item. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping and resolve the issue as quickly as possible — either with a replacement or a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Shop Pay, and more. Our checkout is fully secure and encrypted for your safety.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?


If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at tsukaristore@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, modifications may no longer be possible.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?


Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at

How long does shipping take?


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. In some cases, international orders may take up to 20 business days due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What if my tracking hasn't updated in a while?


This is completely normal, especially for international shipments. Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed or show limited activity while your package is in transit between countries. If your tracking hasn't shown any movement after 10 business days, or if your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at tsukaristore@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Can I track my order?


Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our website or directly through the carrier's website.
