Return Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at tsukaristore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. In cases of damaged or wrong items, return shipping will be covered at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order. If you need a different size or color of the same item, contact us and we'll do our best to make the process as smooth as possible.
If a return is not approved after inspection, we will notify you and arrange to have the item sent back to you at no additional charge.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Your bank or card provider may also take additional time to post the refund.
