Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as they become available.

Shipping Destinations
Tsukari ships to most international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Occasionally, we may offer complimentary shipping as part of a promotion.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
For international shipments, tracking updates may be infrequent or show limited activity while your package is in transit — this is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order. If you have not received any updates after 10 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Tsukari is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges.
Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, high seasonal demand, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Tsukari is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, contact us immediately at tsukaristore@gmail.com and we will do our best to make changes before your order is dispatched.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tsukaristore@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner and offer either a reshipment or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
